    URTP In-Person Training

    The Undergraduate Research Training Program (URTP) is a comprehensive platform to create better prepared undergraduate researchers. As part of the program, in-person training sessions are held at various dates throughout the academic year. The in-person training sessions are an alternative to the standard online CITI training. The sessions have been developed with students in mind: they are 90 minutes in length, interactive, and developed with enthusiasm and energy.

    The Harvard University Area IRB hosts Zoom “Office Hours” on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 1:00 – 3:00 pm by Zoom. We will reserve 30-minute time slots per person, so please sign up for the date and time most convenient for you. IRB Office Hours provide researchers the opportunity to discuss questions about the IRB process, have introductory conversations about upcoming projects, and provide an opportunity to get to know their assigned IRB reviewer.
