Single IRB Review for NIH Funded Studies

Anticipated ESTR System Outage

June 14, 2016

ESTR will be unavailable for regular maintenance during the following times this weekend:

  • Saturday, June 18: for a brief period of time (about 10 minutes) between 6:30 PM and 12:30 AM EST.  Please save any work being conducted during this period minimize the impact of service interruption.
  • Sunday, June 19: for the entire window of 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST.  Please complete any in-system work before 6:00 PM to return after the maintenance period. 

ESTR Update Scheduled for June 9

ESTR will be off-line for updates on June 9, 2016 beginning at 6:00 pm ET through June 10, 2016 at 8:00 am ET.  

Updates include new features, bug fixes and site speed enhancements. Release highlights include:

  • Capability to "drag and drop" attachments into areas of the SmartForm.
  • Additional reports and simplified navigation to submission Data Security Level determination.
