HUA IRB has implemented an online meeting scheduler.  To use it, first find your IRB Reviewer by department:  https://cuhs.harvard.edu/find-your-departments-irb-contact-person

Click on your reviewer's name to be directed to their profile page and a link to their Bookings Calendar Website.

On the calendar page, you will find your reviewer's available dates show in the calendar.  Continue through the prompts and click "Book."  You will see a pop up confirmation of your appointment.  You will also receive an email confirmation, a calendar invite, and two follow up reminders.
